PPC - Parenting Plan Coordinator

Coordinator, referred to as a " PPC" brings parents together into a mediation/decision making relationship with the PPC as the tie-breaker if agreement cannot be obtained through reasonable mediation and negotiation.

The form for Stipulation to a PPC is one that you can tailor to your situation,delegating levels of decisions that you wish to have the PPC make versus those that you wish to reserve to the Court only for determination.
